It should be located inside the new Toon Boom Harmony folder on your computer, and inside a folder labeled “Tools”
After your download and software installation is complete, find and launch the LicenseWizard app. Download and install the Harmony Essentials installer file. Click “Join now” and follow the instructions to create your account and complete your Harmony Essentials subscription. At the bottom of the login screen it will read: “Not a Toon Boom member ? Join now”. It will take you to an account login screen. Click to buy the Harmony Essentials subscription for $6 per month. You will need a Windows PC or Mac computer to complete this step
